COMPRESSION TESTING MACHINE TOUCH SCREEN WITH PRINTER

A compression testing machine (CTM) with a touch screen and printer is typically a semi-automatic or fully automatic, heavy-duty hydraulic testing system used to determine the compressive strength of materials like concrete cubes, cylinders, and blocks.

  • Accuracy & Resolution: Machines typically feature high accuracy of ±1% of the indicated load and a load resolution of 0.1 kN or better.
  • Load Frame: The frame is a robust, high-stiffness welded steel construction with sufficient vertical and horizontal clearance to accommodate various specimen sizes (e.g., 150mm cubes, 150mm x 300mm cylinders).
  • Capacity: Common models range from 1000 kN to 3000 kN (kilonewtons), with some specialized machines going up to 5000 kN. The capacity selected depends on the strength of the materials being tested.
  • Display: A high-resolution color TFT-LCD touch screen, typically 7 inches or larger, serves as the main control interface.
  • Printer Integration: An integrated or direct-connect 58mm thermal printer provides automatic printouts of test results immediately after specimen failure.
  • Data Management: Built-in memory allows storage of a large number of test results (e.g., 10,000 tests). Data can typically be exported via a built-in USB port or LAN connection, often in a spreadsheet format like Excel.
